Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RAAS account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Await Quality Inspection

  Once our warehouse receives your return, our quality control team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
